You can get a sea plane transfer from the airport which would only take around 40 minutes, as it is about 130 kilometres North of Male’.
You have choices between the cosy and comfortable Beach Bungalows, the beautiful Beach Villas, Sangu Jacuzzi Beach Villas and Sangu Water Villas for you accommodation in this remarkable resort. All the 127 rooms are air-conditioned with ceiling fan, beach towels, hair drier, CD & amp cassette player, mini bar, safe, telephone, sun beds, tea/coffee making facilities and kimonos.
Beach bungalows outline the northern beach of the island. These suites are furnished with luxurious rattan furniture, a deluxe open-air bathroom with walk in shower and an elegantly designed garden.
On the southern side of the island are the Beach Villas. These Villas feature a cosy bedroom, with an expansive living area, a blossoming garden, an open air bathroom with a walk in shower and a private romantic veranda perfect for couples! The Beach Villas are built to present the most superb view from the island where you will be able to witness the sunrises and sunsets, swaying palm trees and the cool breeze blowing from the sea which will definitely leave you amazed.
The Sangu Jacuzzi Beach Villas have romantic villas with views of the ocean line and the south-west Beach. These Villas have a spacious bedroom and sitting area great for guests to relax and just enjoy. Equipped with wrought iron furniture and a furnished veranda, these villas include open-air bathrooms with a walk-in shower. And each Villa has an expansive secluded garden with a wooden deck and a jacuzzi ideal for couples to just relax and spend some quality time with together.
The Sangu Water Villas are fabulous villas built on wooden columns located the north-west side of the lagoon with a great view of the sun set from the secluded furnished veranda, sun deck and steps that led down to the scenic lagoon. These Villas have a spacious bedrooms and bathrooms with walk in shower overlooking the azure lagoon.
Kuredu Island Resort has three main restaurants, three a la carte restaurants, two coffee bars, five bars and also provides room service. Located at the centre of the resort, serving local and international cuisines for guests staying in the Beach Bungalows and Beach Villas is Bonthi restaurant. Koamas and the Sangu Restaurant dishes up international local buffets with show cooking during breakfast, lunch and dinner for guests. These three restaurants have age restrictions due to their popularity.
In Kuredu Island Resort there are many bars to choose from, ranging from five different bars which includes Babuna Bar the main bar where the entertainment a discos are at, Akiri Bar the quiet bar ideal for couples, the Pool Bar where you can get great cocktails like margaritas and daiquiris then the Sports Bar which offers fresh fruit juices, sandwiches and last but not least the Golf Bar where you can quench your thirst with a cold beer or a soft drink after finishing up your golf session.
And as the largest Water sports centre in the Maldives, the resort provides an endless list of sports to choose from.
